Privacy Policy
How vAibo handles the data you share. Short version: only what we need, never sold, deletable on request.
Data we collect
- Account email (Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In) — used to identify your subscription and chat history.
- Display name and About-me text you enter — used only to personalize the assistant's replies.
- Chat messages and voice transcripts — stored on our server so you can resume the conversation. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Subscription receipts from Apple — verified server-side and used to grant entitlements.
- Diagnostic logs (errors, latency) — anonymous, used to fix bugs.
What we never collect
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, location or microphone audio outside the live voice session.
Third-party processors
- OpenAI — runs the language and voice models. Messages are sent for inference and not used by OpenAI to train models.
- Apple — handles in-app purchases.
- Cloudflare / hosting — TLS termination and infrastructure.
Your rights
- Export your data — write to support@vaibo.dev.
- Delete your account — Settings → Account → Delete account. Wipes all server-side data within 30 days.
Retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active. Removed within 30 days after deletion.
- Chat history: stored until you delete it (Settings → Account → Delete history) or your account.
- Logs: rotated and deleted within 30 days.
