The deal between you and vAibo. Plain language, no surprises.
What vAibo is
- vAibo is an AI-powered voice companion. It is NOT a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial advisor. Replies are generated by language and voice models; treat them accordingly.
- If you are in a crisis (suicidal ideation, self-harm, abuse) — please reach a real professional or your local emergency line.
Subscriptions and vaibes
- vAibo offers monthly auto-renewing subscriptions in three tiers: Lite, Plus and Pro. Each tier includes a monthly allowance of 'vaibes' (our internal currency).
- 1 vaibe ≈ $0.001 of underlying AI cost. Margin is included in the subscription price, not added per-message.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't use vAibo to harm yourself, others or to plan illegal acts.
- Don't impersonate other people or feed obviously fabricated profiles.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Disclaimers
- vAibo is provided 'as is'. No warranty that it fits any particular purpose.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Changes
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email at least 7 days before they take effect.
