vAibo — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of vAibo, an AI companion app by Oleg Ponomarev. By using the app you accept these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use vAibo.

The service

vAibo provides AI-generated conversation for companionship and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

AI content disclaimer

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Use your own judgement and do not rely on them for important decisions.

Vaibes and purchases

• “Vaibes” are a virtual in-app currency used to access chat and voice features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Vaibes are sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple. Prices are shown in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple under its terms.
• Vaibes do not expire. New signups may receive a free starting amount at our discretion.
• Consumable purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not use vAibo for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or defraud the service (including manipulating usage metering).

Accounts & termination

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud/abuse. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleg Ponomarev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of vAibo.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
